10/10/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Washington NJ, for a fugitive from justice warrant out of Pennsylvania. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail.

10/10/14 WTPD arrested a male age 19, of Oxford NJ, for a $106.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

10/11/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 50, of Washington NJ, for a $780.00 warrant out of Oxford Township NJ. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/11/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 24, of Washington NJ, for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The male was processed and released with a court date.

10/11/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 38, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Paterson NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

10/11/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 18, of Washington NJ, and juvenile female for obstructing public passage, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. On 10/11/14 at approximately 8:59 PM a patrol officer observed the adult and juvenile walking in the center of Mine Hill Rd in Washington Township obstructing public passage. Both were processed and released with court dates.

10/12/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 24, of Washington NJ, for a $355.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. The female was processed and released with a new court date.

10/12/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 26, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $3867.00 out of Jackson Township, Greenwich Township, Raritan Township, Seaside Borough, Flemington Borough, and Hampton Borough. He was processed and released to the NJSP.

10/13/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 23, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Roxbury Township NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

10/13/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 58, of North Plainfield NJ, for warrants totaling $778.00 out of South Plainfield NJ. The male was processed and released to the custody of South Plainfield Police Department.

10/14/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Stewartsville NJ, for outstanding warrants out of Plainfield and Washington Borough NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

10/15/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 30, of Hampton NJ, for a $300.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/15/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 30, of Hampton NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Mansfield Township NJ. She was processed and released with a new court date.

10/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 20, of Washington NJ, for a $195.00 warrant out of Washington Township NJ. The male was processed and released with a new court date.

10/16/14 WTPD arrested 7 people for soliciting without a permit. At approximately 3:01 PM officers were dispatched to the area of New Hampton Rd. Washington Township for several subjects soliciting. The officer’s investigation resulted in the above individuals being charged with a local ordinance of soliciting without a permit. They were processed and released with court dates.

10/17/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Washington NJ, for a $2385.64 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township NJ. At the time of his arrest, He was found to be in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The male was processed and released with a new court date after posting bail.

10/17/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 26, of Phillipsburg NJ, for an outstanding $1395.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/17/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 20, of Lebanon NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Branchburg NJ. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/18/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 46, of Linden NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). Officer responded to a hit and run motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Rte. 31 and Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township NJ. The female was processed and charged with DUI, refusal to submit to a breath test and several other motor vehicle summonses. She was released with a court date.

10/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 18, of Washington NJ, a male, age 22, of Easton Pa., a male, age 20, of Easton Pa., a male, age 19, of Oxford NJ and a juvenile male for drug charges. On 10/20/14 at approximately 7:01 PM a patrol officer observed two parked vehicles with several people in the fishing access parking area on Changewater Rd in Washington Township. The officer’s investigation resulted in one male and the juvenile being charged with less than 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. Another male was charged with less than 50 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia and a motor vehicle summons for possession of CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. They were released with court dates. Two of the males were charged with possession with intent to distribute CDS (marijuana), conspiracy to distribute CDS (marijuana), less than 50 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia. One of the males was additionally issued a motor vehicle summons for possession CDS (marijuana) in a motor vehicle. Two of the males were lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

10/21/14 WTPD arrested 7 people for soliciting without a permit.. At approximately 6:18 PM officers were dispatched to the area of Harding Dr. in Washington Borough for several subjects soliciting. The officer’s investigation resulted in the above individuals being charged with a local ordinance for soliciting without a permit. They were processed and released with a court date.

10/22/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 57, of Washington NJ, for a burglary and theft. On 10/17/14 officers responded to the burglary and theft of jewelry from a residence in the 100 block of W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $2500.00 bail.

10/22/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 35, of Hampton NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 10/22/14 at approximately 8:53 PM officer responded to a hit and run motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Broad St. in Washington Borough NJ. The male was processed and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, failure to report a motor vehicle accident, careless driving, open container of an alcoholic beverage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released with a court date.

10/22/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 33, of Newton NJ, for a $114.00 warrant out of Mt. Side NJ. The male was processed, issued motor vehicle summonses for driving while suspended and failure to inspect. He was released with a new court date.

10/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Glen Gardner NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $923.00 out of Washington Borough NJ. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
