Sand Dunes Road Southeast will be closed starting Monday October 27, 2014 until around March 2015 while the Moses Lake Irrigation District repairs the north dam that leads into the Moses Lake Sand Dunes on the west end.
The Moses Lake Sand Dunes will remain open but users will be unable to access the dunes from the west entrance. Access to one of the spillways will still be available.
The closure will not affect farm equipment for the first 10 days and the contractor has agreed to allow farm equipment through for the first ten days of the closure. The most updated information will be posted here: http://mlird.org/Default.aspx
