Missing Person At Risk-Safely Located
The Oakland Police Department’s Missing Persons Investigators along with the assistance of the care facility staff have safely located missing person at risk, Mr. Michael Kilroy.
BACKGROUND: Mr. Michael Kilroy was last seen walking away from his care home at 1:30 PM on Thursday, October 16, 2014, in the 3200 block of 99th Avenue.
An Oakland resident, Mr. Kilroy is considered at risk because he has the mental capacity of a six-year-old and needs to take medication.
This investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact OPD Missing Persons at (510) 238-3641.
