San Mateo Police Activities League “Dine Out” Fundraiser
Thursday, October 30th, 2104
4:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Broadway Grill, 1400 Broadway, Burlingame, CA
The San Mateo Police Activities League proudly invites you to attend our very first “Dine Out” fundraiser with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the PAL youth programs. The venue for this inaugural “Dine Out” event will be the exquisite Broadway Grill Restaurant in Burlingame and it will be hosted by two PAL Board Members, former San Mateo Postmaster Carol Conroy and San Francisco Giants’ Managing VP Russ Stanley.
This event is the day before Halloween and the All Hallows’ Eve spirit will be alive and well that night! Although costumes are optional, they are most definitely encouraged and we are asking guests to come dressed as their favorite law enforcement hero, either real or fictional. Dinner festivities will include a costume contest and the winning person or couple will receive the new, yet already coveted, PAL “Golden Donut Award” along with other prizes for the winners and contest runner-ups.
So, on the evening of Thursday, October 30th, please join us at Broadway Grill in Burlingame for what promises to be a fantastic night of live Motown music, delicious food, dancing, and a ton of fun, all to support the Police Activities League.
PAL wishes to acknowledge Broadway Grill Owner Nick Bovis for donating a generous portion of the evening’s proceeds to PAL. Nick has also agreed to offer special menu items to his already superb menu just for this special evening.
Due to space limitations, dinner reservations are REQUIRED! Please call (650)343-9333 to schedule. If you don’t plan to dine, come on by and enjoy a dance or a beverage. Come in costume or just watch the judging. There is no entry fee or cover charge but donations to PAL will be graciously accepted!
For further information regarding PAL and its programs, please go to www.sanmateopal.org, or call the PAL office at (650)522-7725 Tue-Fri, 12 Noon – 5:00 p.m.
