The Harvey Cedars Dept of Public Works is conducting fire hydrant flushing this week. During this time, residents may experience low water pressure and/or water discoloration. The discoloration is harmless and does not affect the safety of water consumption.

We recommended that all residents check their water for discoloration before usage. If you are experiencing water discoloration, run your faucets for 10-15 minutes or until the water runs clear.
