Traffic lights at Ygnacio Valley Rd/Oak Grove Rd are not functioning. Lights will be repaired by 2:00 pm on 10-20-14 
On 10-20-14 at approximately 0056 hours, the traffic lights at the Ygnacio Valley Rd / Oak Grove Rd intersection were damaged in a solo vehicle collision. The lights at this intersection are now set to flashing red. (Note: flashing red lights means you stop like it is a stop sign and proceed when the intersection is clear). The lights willl not be restored to normal until approximately 2:00pm on 10-20-14.
Consider using an alternate route if your commute normally takes you westbound on Ygnacio Valley Road from Concord.
