Homicide Investigation, 800 blk 46th St Reply with TIP 
This evening at about 7:20pm the Oakland Police Department Communications Section received a call advising of a shooting in the 800 block of 46th Street (Area 2, 10Y).
Unfortunately, officers located a non-responsive male victim suffering from apparent gunshot wound(s). Officers performed CPR on the victim until medical response; however, the victim was pronounced at the scene.
