Last week, the following Part 1 crime occurred in Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch:
A vehicle burglary occurred near the 25300 block of The Old Road. An unknown suspect entered the victim’s locked vehicle and took a bag containing medical equipment. There were no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.
A theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred near the 28100 block of The Old Road. The victim parked his vehicle at a gas pump and went inside to pay the cashier. While inside, an unknown suspect entered his vehicle through an open window and took a camera and miscellaneous personal items.
A grand theft occurred near the 28000 block of The Old Road. A female employee was arrested by Santa Clarita Station deputies after stealing money from the cash register. There were several incidents over a three month period. The case is currently under investigation by Santa Clarita Station detectives.
A petty theft/shoplift occurred near the 25400 block of The Old Road. A male suspect was detained by loss prevention personnel after exiting the location, failing to pay for several items. The suspect was arrested by responding Santa Clarita Station deputies. Upon further investigation, a female acquaintance was also arrested for driving a stolen vehicle.

Santa Clarita deputies working in the Zone 3 Stevenson Ranch area made several arrests last week. Charges included domestic violence, narcotics and weapons related charges.
