On Friday 10/17/14 avoid Early Street between Mills Street and Speedwell Ave from 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. There is utility repair work as well as a construction project which will cause a partial road/lane closures. Expect delays and congestion so plan an alternate route if possible . All work will be completed by 2:00 pm.
