Hesperia Man Arrested for Unlawful Sex with a Minor. 3 Victims were identified, it is unknown if other victims exist

LOCATION: 14000 block of McArt Road, Victorville, California
SUSPECT(S): Kyle Steven Hart, DOB 07/21/1993 a resident of Hesperia
VICTIM(S): Victim #1, Victim #2, Victim #3
SUMMARY: On October 14, 2014, Detective Lisa Guerra, who is assigned to the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Victorville Police Station, conducted an investigation of an inappropriate relationship between a minor female victim and an adult male. Detectives identified the suspect as Kyle Hart. As the investigation progressed, two additional minor females victims were indentified. At this time, it is unknown if other victims exist.
Detectives learned the suspected crimes occurred between May and September 2014 and some took place at an apartment complex in the 14000 block of McArt Road, in Victorville. The victim(s) reportedly met Hart while at the Victor Valley Mall in Victorville.
On October 15, 2014, Kyle Hart was arrested in Victorville. He was booked into High Desert Detention Center and held on a $ 50,000.00 bail.
