WANTED: Alissa Carter, 31, on multiple drug charges and for questioning in theft case; possibility of cash reward for information 
Investigators need the public’s help finding a fugitive wanted on multiple drug charges and for questioning in theft cases.
Alissa D. Carter, 31, is believed to be living near Elliott’s Trout Pond on Buck Creek Road.
Carter is wanted for felony and misdemeanor probation violations, sale and delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling to keep a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She is also a person of interest in at least one theft case being investigated by the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office.
Carter is a white female who stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds. She has brown wavy hair and blue eyes.
