#011 Driving on a Suspended License Arrest
Officer Fuellenbach conducted a traffic stop in the area of Business Center and Technology Drive.  He found the female driver had a suspended license and he arrested her for the same.
  
#017 Battery Arrest
Officers responded the 40000 block of Chapel Way regarding some truants.  They arrived and found a staff member had been battered by one of the juveniles.  Officer Chinn investigated the matter and arrested one of the juveniles for battery.
 
#037  Missing Person
CSO Oliveria responded to the 38200 block of Paseo Padre Parkway on a report of an at-risk missing female.  The female was last seen at home by her mother at 10:45 a.m. in the morning. Upon returning home from work at 5:30 p.m., she was missing.  The missing female had been diagnosed as being autistic and mostly non-verbal.   According to her mother, she had a history of walking away from home for hours, but would eventually return before the sun set.  Sergeant Pace coordinated a search for the female with the help of CSO Oliveria, and numerous commercial buildings were checked by officers in the immediate area before CSO Oliveria located the female walking near the intersection of Paseo Padre Pkwy and Country Dr. 
 
#039 Robbery
Officer Liu took a report of a robbery that occurred on Fremont in the area of Eggers at approximately 7:30 p.m.  The victim was texting on his phone as he walked northbound on the sidewalk in front of the school when he was approached by 4 -5 suspects who pushed him to the ground and took his phone and wallet.  The victim could only describe the suspects as black males in their 20’s wearing black hooded sweatshirts.  The suspects were last seen running towards Eggers Common. 
 
#046 Mental Health Evaluation
An caller reports that a subject was screaming, asking for help and crawling into bushes near the Safeway at the Hub.  Officer Stinson detained the male and places him on a mental health hold.  He was soon released by the hospital, which resulted in the following case...
 
#002 Theft Arrest
Officers respond to the Walgreens on Mowry Ave for a subject who stole a cell phone and accessories.  The subject was located, which turned out to be the same male who had been detained earlier in the night at the Hub Safeway.  Officer Nordseth arrested the male adult for theft with a prior as well as a probation violation. 
 
While at the FPD Jail, the male banged his head on the car window and sustained cuts on his forehead as a result.  He was again taken to the hospital for clearance.  Once cleared, he was placed in a WRAP, and taken to Santa Rita Jail.  At Santa Rita Jail, he complained about a shoulder injury and was rejected by ACSO.  During the early morning hours he was being transported back to a Fremont hospital for clearance again.
 
#001 Under the Influence Arrest
A caller on Woodbridge Pl reported that someone tried to open her locked front door.  Officers locate a subject nearby.  Officer Madsen investigates and arrests a 53 year old adult male for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
