MULTIPLE SEARCH WARRANTS LEAD TO DRUG ARRESTS
Over the past two days, the Jackson-Madison County Metro Narcotics Unit served a series of drug search warrants with assistance from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office and the Jackson Police Department’s Blue Impact and SWAT Units.
On 10-14-14, the Metro Narcotics Unit served a drug related search warrant at 479 Browns Church Road in northeast Madison County. During the search of the residence, Investigators recovered three harvested Marijuana plants along with drug paraphernalia and a loaded shotgun. The target of the investigation was not present at the time of the warrant service, but investigators will be seeking an arrest warrant charging him with Manufacturing Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell or Distribute, Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Dangerous Felony and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On 10-15-14 at approximately 7:30 a.m., the Metro Narcotics Unit served a drug related search warrant at 26 Tracewood Cove in Jackson which is the home of brothers, Wheatley Graham and Whitley Graham. During the search of the residence, Investigators recovered approximately 330 grams (12-ounces) of Marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a loaded 9mm handgun. Officers also discovered dogs on the premises that were not being properly cared for and summoned Animal Control Officers to the scene.
Wheatley Graham, age 27, and Whitley Graham, age 25, both of 26 Tracewood Cove were charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell or Distribute, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Firearm in commission of a Dangerous Felony and Aggravated Animal Cruelty. They are currently being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where they await arraignment in Jackson City Court.
On 10-15-14 at approximately 9:10 a.m., the Metro Narcotics Unit served a drug related search warrant at 33 Carver Avenue, apartment G-7 in east Jackson which is the home of Robert Bond III. The search of the residence revealed approximately 196.1 grams (3-ounces) of high grade Marijuana along with drug paraphernalia utilized for distribution.
Robert N. Bond III, age 25, of 33 Carver Avenue, apartment G-7 was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell or Distribute and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is currently being held at the Madison County Criminal Justice Complex where he awaits arraignment in Jackson City Court.
