NARRATIVE:
On 10/10/14 at approximately 9:16 pm, Officer Alon Bercovicz investigated the reported robbery of a 14 year old Ocean Township resident as he was leaving a football game at the Ocean Township High School. An investigation revealed that while the victim was walking in the area of Louise Weltz Lane and West Park Avenue he was approached by two black males. The two subjects threw the victim to the ground and began kicking and striking him. They demanded the victim’s cell phone and cash. The two fled toward the Township of Ocean Pool parking lot where they were observed entering a dark colored four door car and fleeing west on West Park Avenue toward State Highway 35.
Suspect #1 is described as a black male (no further description) wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt.
Suspect #2 is described as a black male (no further description) wearing white high top sneakers and a white hooded sweatshirt.
