Press Release: Heroin Arrest

ACCUSED: Robert Dunn Jr. age 24 Belford NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 10/09/14 Detectives Jesse Orbach and Jeffrey Malone were on patrol in the area of State Highway 35 when they stopped a car for a motor vehicle violation. An investigation revealed that the passenger, Robert Dunn Jr. had active arrest warrants from Asbury Park in the amount of $500.00 and Monmouth County in the amount of $5000.00. During his arrest, he was found to be in possession of eight bags of heroin and a hypodermic syringe.
Bail was set on the Township of Ocean arrest by Judge Timothy McGoughran at $2500.00. Mr. Dunn was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution to await a future court hearing.
