A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Rush County Sheriff is investigating the disappearance of an adult from Rushville, Indiana. Rushville, Indiana is located approximately 40 miles east of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Howard Bullard is a 53 year old white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 190 lbs., with short brown hair and brown eyes. The tip of his right ring finger is missing and a long scar on his right calf may be visible. It is unknown what type clothing Howard Bullard may be wearing.
Howard Bullard was last seen on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 8:00 am EST, in Rushville, Indiana, and is believed to be in danger and in need of medical attention. Howard Bullard is believed to be driving a 1998, green, 4 door Honda Accord vehicle with Indiana plate 973NCN.
