On October 6th we published a story about a theft from a construction site under the Mason St (Tillman) Bridge. Stolen items included a large metal gate that weighed about 1300 lbs and a large amount of lumber.

Thanks to a citizen tip who responded after seeing the story, a Green Bay Officer was able to locate the stolen items at a residence in Ashwaubenon. A 54-year old man was arrested and jailed on charges of theft and criminal damage to property. Most of the property was recovered and returned to the owner.
