Severe weather expected for our area in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 14. 
The NWS is expecting some severe weather for our area. We should expect storms to move into the metro area between 4-8 am. These storms will bring high winds, heavy rains (1-3) inches possible, lightning, and possible tornado's. This should move out by mid morning with another round expected between 12-4. This second round has the potential to produce more severe storms including tornados.
As always pay close attention you the weather. If you have weather radios at home make sure the batteries are fresh and they are turned on.
