(Noble County, IN)- An off-duty Indiana State Trooper received minor injuries this morning as a result of a two vehicle crash involving the Trooper’s marked police car.

Preliminary investigation by Trooper Chris Levitt indicated that at approximately 10:45 a.m., Trooper Richard K. Williams, 26 from Albion was traveling northbound in his 2009 Ford Crown Victoria on County Road 500 E, south of County Road 500 N.

A 2002 Dodge pickup truck driven by Khala Ann Schweiger, 26 of Albion was stopped on eastbound County 500 N at a stop sign at the intersection with County Road 500 E.
