MODUS OPERANDI: No specific MO for the 211's - just be aware of surroundings and walk in well lit/populated areas. Thefts - ALWAYS keep your belongings on your person. The majority of thefts is property such as cell phones that are forgotten at businesses/restaurants and are eventually taken.
