Severe Weather Potential 
The National Weather Service has provided information through local Emergency Management Contacts of the potential for strong to severe storms to develop across North Georgia this afternoon and evening.
Timing for this developing system will be from 5pm thru 10pm tonight.
Hazards from any storms that develop will include the potential for damaging winds and frequent lightning.
Additionally there is another system that may produce severe weather on Monday.
Instructions:
All persons in North Georgia especially the North West region of the state and those with outside activities are urged to stay weather alert this evening as storms could rapidly develop and reach severe limits.
