Marion man, Tyler Poole, charged with stealing uncle's Yamaha four-wheeler 
Detective J.T. Grindstaff of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Tyler Franklin Poole, 20, of Lucky Street in Marion, with one felony count each of breaking and entering and larceny.
On May 26, Christopher Lee Thomas, of Mashburn Branch Road in Old Fort, reported that someone stole a Yamaha four-wheeler, valued at $3,500, from his outbuilding.
Grindstaff said further investigation led to Poole, who is the victim’s nephew.
