This summer, an undercover OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children Unit agent downloaded images containing child pornography on a Cement man's computer. That opened an investigation that concluded today with the arrest of Ronald Chase Williams (d.o.b. 3-25-1989). OSBI agents and members of the state ICAC Task Force including officers from Stillwater Police Department, Grady County Sheriff's Office, and the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office served a search warrant at Williams' home today at 2762 County Street 2760 in Cement. A preview of computer devices inside the home revealed images containing child pornography. Agents arrested Williams and booked him into the Grady County jail for distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography, aggravated possession of child pornography (more than 100 images), and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. A mug shot provided by the Grady County jail is included in this release.
