Detective charges Jessica Mitchell, of Marion, with using stolen debit card to purchase cell phone minutes 
Detective Andy Manis of the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office charged Jessica Ann Mitchell, 26, of Fairview Road in Marion, with two felony counts of obtaining property by false pretense.
Manis said Mitchell allegedly used a debit card belonging to Carolina Regional Home Care, of Nebo, to purchase cell phone minutes and obtain a credit card.
Carolina Regional Home Care is owned by Kathy McKinney, of Marion, who is acquainted with the suspect.
