Rancho Cucamonga - Homicide Investigation, Victim located on westbound 210 Freeway just East of the Day Creek Exit

INCIDENT: Homicide
LOCATION: West bound 210 Freeway, east of Day Creek, Rancho Cucamonga
VICTIM(S): Adult male, name pending identification and notification of next of kin
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, October 4, 2014, at 7:52 p.m., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to the report of an injured person on the north side of the westbound 210 freeway, just east of the Day Creek exit. The victim was transported to a local area hospital where he died from his injuries. The victim has not been identified at this time.
The Sheriff’s Homicide Detail was requested and responded to the location due to suspicious circumstances. The investigation is ongoing and there is no additional information available for release.
