Synopsis: Arturo Navarro 26 years old entered the Bank of America at 2341 Ulric Street. Navarro walked up to a teller and demanded money. No weapon was seen. Navarro was given an undisclosed amount of money. Navarro fled the bank on a BMX type bicycle on Ulric Street. A citizen told officers they saw a possible suspect near a construction site hiding. Officers checked the area and found Navarro in an apartment complex under construction, at 2100 Garston Street. Arturo Navarro was taken in custody. The Robbery Unit is investigating.

Synopsis: A 35 year old male victim recently moved into the apartment. The victim was inside the apartment and his front door was unlocked. Two suspects entered the apartment armed with guns with their faces covered. They demanded property from the victim. The victim gave the suspects cash and his cell phone. The suspects left the apartment and were last seen on foot on F Street. The victim's cell phone was recovered on 10th Avenue. Suspect #1 was described as a Hispanic Male, Early 20's, black hair with a ponytail, thin build, medium height. Suspect #2 was a Hispanic male, twenties, medium height. San Diego Police Department Robbery will be investigating.
