UPDATE: Charges Filed in Missing Person Case in Orange County

Orange County (Paoli): Charges have been filed this afternoon as a result of a State Police investigation into the disappearance of an Orange County woman.

This afternoon, a charge of Murder was filed through the Orange County Court against Jeffrey Fulton, 48, Paoli. After conducting a two-day search of the property at 6226 South County Road 250 East, Paoli, where both Jeffrey and Michelle Fulton, 34, lived, investigators developed probable cause to file murder charges after finding human remains. This comes after a four and a half month investigation into the disappearance of Michelle Fulton.

Last week, investigators received new information into the disappearance of Michelle, leading them to obtain a search warrant on Wednesday for the property. After the two day search, with the assistance of anthropologists, human remains were found on the property.

This investigation remains ongoing to determine the identity of the remains.
