Heartland Fire & Rescue crews assisted by Cal Fire, are on the scene of a residential structure fire at 351 Lincoln Ave. The fire started in the first floor of a two story apartment building. Crews were able to get the fire under control quickly and the fire has been extinguished. One adult has been transported to the hospital with smoke inhalation. Crews will be on scene for approximately 1 hour.
