#009 Commercial Burglary
Unknown suspects stole two iPads from Radio Shack at the Hub during the early morning hours. The point of entry was by prying open the front door. Investigated by CSO Anders.
#012 Commercial Burglary
A commercial burglary occurred on the 5600 block of Boscell. Unknown suspects smashed the front window of a plastering business with a river rock and stole air compressors and power washers. Case investigated by CSO Goralczyk.
#030 Attempted Burglary
Officers were dispatched to a residence on Glenview Dr. where a suspect was seen entering a victim’s backyard, jiggling the handle to the back door and fleeing the area when he could not make entry. About 30 minutes after the initial call, Officer Hollifield noticed a male with a similar description to the suspect ducking into the backyard of another residence. A perimeter was set up and the juvenile suspect was contacted and arrested for attempted burglary. The case was investigated by Officer Hernandez.
#042 Public Intoxication Arrest
Officer Meredith was dispatched to a disturbance at a residence on the 40400 Citrus Dr and arrested a 31 year old adult male for being drunk in public.
#046 Resisting Arrest
At approximately 10:15 pm, Officer Macciola located a transient male in Huddle parking lot that was reportedly yelling at people and going in and out of stores. Officer Macciola detained the subject after a brief struggle. The 48 year old adult male was arrested for resisting arrest and several outstanding warrants. The male was booked at Santa Rita County Jail.
#049 DUI Arrest
At approximately 10:50 pm, officers responded to a subject passed out in a vehicle in the area of Stevenson Blvd and Civic Center Dr. Sergeant Mahboobi located the vehicle on Stevenson Blvd near the Softball Complex. The investigation revealed that the driver, a 42 year old adult female, was driving while under the influence. Officer Romley arrested the female and booked her into the Fremont Jail for DUI (VC 23152(a)).
