Four People Arrested on a Total of 12 Felony Charges

Rochester – Last night, a two week long illegal narcotics investigation by Indiana State Trooper Ben Reason, Trooper Wendell Beachy, and Trooper Mike Lorna resulted in the arrests of four people to face a total of 12 felony charges.

Last night at approximately 8:15 p.m., officers from the Indiana State Police, the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, and the Rochester Police Department executed a Fulton Circuit Court search warrant on a home at 811 Monarch Lane, Rochester, IN. During their search, officers allegedly found two one pot reaction vessels; which were utilized to manufacture methamphetamine. Officers also purportedly found numerous chemicals and items commonly associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine, hypodermic needles, methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia. Officers arrested Eugene Dovich, 23, Nathaniel Helm, 29, James Clark, 26, all from Rochester, IN, and Alyssa Powers, 19, Winamac, IN. All four were at the home during the execution of the warrant. Dovich lived at the residence. They were all incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail.

Charges:
- Eugene Dovich: Felony charges for manufacturing methamphetamine, illegal drug lab, maintaining a common nuisance, and possession of methamphetamine. Misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- James Clark: Felonies for possession of methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Alyssa Powers: Felony charges for illegal drug lab, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Nathaniel Helm: Felony charges for illegal drug lab, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Misdemeanor charge for possession of drug paraphernalia.
