Traffic Saturation Patrol: American High, Washington High, Cabrillo Elementary, Parkmont Elementary, Brookvale Elementary, and Stevenson/Fremont.
#012 Residential Burglary
A residential burglary occurred on the 38100 block of Hastings Ct sometime between 8:00 am and 10:35 am. Unknown suspects cut a screen and entered the residence through an open window at the rear of the house. Loss is a computer, jewelry, designer purses and coins. Case investigated by CSO Anders.
#029 Warrant Arrest
Officer Hernandez conducted a pedestrian stop at the Lucky’s at Charter Square and arrested a 28 year old adult male for outstanding warrants.
IH#9085 Warrant Arrest
Officer Perry conducted a pedestrian stop at Rancho Arroyo Pkwy and Niles Blvd and arrested a 30 year old adult female for outstanding warrants.
#021 Residential Burglary
4500 block of Margery Dr - The burglary is believed to have occurred between 8:15 am - 1:15 pm. The unknown suspect(s) entered via the master bedroom window, which was found shattered. The loss was cash, gift cards and a men's watch.
#022 Residential Burglary
40500 block of Sundale Dr - Between 10:20 am and 1:04 pm, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence without permission by pushing in the screen to an open window along the front of the residence. Once inside the residence, the master bedroom was ransacked. Loss was pink slips to three vehicles, cash, passports and jewelry. The homeowner estimated the loss to be approximately $50,000.
#027 Residential Burglary
4700 block of Calaveras Ave - At 2:50 pm the Fremont Police Department Communication Center received a call regarding a residential burglary. The burglary occurred between 1:16 pm and 1:40 pm. Designer purses, a digital camera, a Playstation and other games were taken from the home. The two suspects were both described as Hispanic males that were about 16 years old with dark hair.
#036 Residential Burglary - 4626 Margery Dr
4600 block of Margery Dr. The burglary is believed to have occurred between 11:40 am and 1:30 pm. The suspect(s) attempted to enter via two windows in the backyard and then forced entry into the side garage door. The loss was gold jewelry and cash.
#040 Theft
At approximately 6:00 pm, a theft occurred from an unlocked semi-truck trailer parked at Motel 6 (south). Loss was estimated at $70,000 (computer electronics). Case was investigated by Officer Gourley and scene was processed by CSI Chan.

#010 and #011 Residential Burglary (Nixle message sent out on Tuesday)
At 9:16 am, an alert citizen witnessed three males on Omar St/Cobb Ct sneaking through a gate on the west side of Omar. The victim residence turns out to be on the 40400 block of Torenia Ci. Witness sees them get into a green Honda Accord. Officer Dias arrives and goes into pursuit on southbound Omar for .3 miles before the suspects crash into a parked car on Omar. The suspects all flee and run westbound hoping fences. Loss is found in the car and a perimeter is established. Sgt. Snelson/SRO’s handled lockdown of Millard Elementary School. Ofc. Singleton stops one suspect trying to walk out on Farina Ln. K9 Layfield’s dog, Kalimero, bites a suspect hiding in garbage can on Audobon Ct. K9 Taylor's dog, Kairo, finds the third suspect in a backyard shed on Omar St (no bite). Detectives, Major Crimes, Traffic, and SRO’s all responded to this incident. The three male suspects, all from out of the area, were between 18-19 years of age. Detective MacDonald was the primary unit.
#015 Residential Burglary
40300 block of Fremont Blvd. At 1:23 pm, a homeowner sees two suspects inside her house. Officers respond and find that the suspects had kicked the side garage door in to make and entry into the home. Both suspects flee when the homeowner yells. Suspects were last seen running s/b on Fremont Blvd. A couple of people are stopped with negative results. A K9 search is done on surrounding houses with negative results.
Suspects: #1 White male adult, 30’s, skinny build, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing white t-shirt/blue jeans. #2 Indian male adult, 5'10" tall, skinny build, wearing green t-shirt.
#027 Residential Burglary
35300 block of Cabrillo Dr. The burglary occurred between 11:45 am and 3:00 pm. The master bedroom was ransacked and had dresser drawers opened and items scattered onto the floor. The other two bedrooms were also ransacked with drawers opened and items thrown on the bed or the floor. Loss was a black iPhone 4.
#033 Residential Burglary
4700 block of Baffin Ave. The burglary is believed to have occurred between 0730 hours and 1900 hours on 09/23/2014. The suspect(s) shattered the master bedroom window with a screw driver. The reported loss was electronics, play stations, alcohol, women's makeup, perfume and jewelry.
Suspect #1: Hispanic male, about twenty years old, short hair, about 135 pounds, 5'08" or 5'09", no further.
Suspect #2: Unknown description, suspect was sitting inside of the suspect vehicle.
Suspect Vehicle: Small green compact car.
#002 Possession of a Controlled Substance
At approximately 11:10 pm, Officer Collins contacted two subjects, a 36 year old adult male and a 39 year old adult female, in the Fry’s parking lot. Ofc. Collins arrested both for possession of suspected methamphetamine (HS 11377) and for being under the influence (HS 11550). The 36 year old adult male received the added charge of lying about his name (PC 148.9). Both were booked into the Fremont Jail.
#004 Possession of Suspected Methamphetamine
At approximately 3:06 am, Officer Soper conducted a traffic stop at Mowry and Peralta. He contacted a 59 year old adult male and ultimately arrested him for possession of suspected methamphetamine (HS 11377) and for driving with a suspended license (VC 14601.1). The male was booked into the Fremont Jail.
#001 Warrant Arrest
At approximately 11:45 pm, officers responded to WTH for a female causing a disturbance. Ofc. O’Neal and FTO Romley contacted a 35 year old adult female and arrested her for an outstanding warrant. The female was booked at Santa Rita County Jail.
#005 DUI Crash
At approximately 3:45 am, Officer O’Neal and FTO Romley responded to a single vehicle collision at Paseo Padre just north of Gomes. The driver, a 24 year old adult male, was contacted and arrested for DUI by Officer O’Neal. Officers Macciola and Nordseth assisted with the collision. The male was booked into Fremont Jail for DUI.
