Drug Arrest

ACCUSED: Ryan S. Bannon age 32 Ocean Grove, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 9/21/14 at approximately 9:52 pm, Officer Dean Schoch II was on patrol in the area of State Highway 35 south when he observed a vehicle being operated by Ryan S. Bannon that was determined to be unregistered. Upon stopping Mr. Bannon for that violation, it was discovered that the vehicle was uninsured in addition to being unregistered. Further investigation revealed that he was also in possession of Heroin and was placed under arrest.
Mr. Bannon was charged with Possession of Heroin. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for operating a motor vehicle that was unregistered, uninsured, uninspected and with drugs inside a motor vehicle. Mr. Bannon was released on complaint summonses to await a future court hearing.
