APD assisting in escape from Neal Unit at TDC. 
Wanted for escape from the Neal Unit of TDC is a Marvin Garcia H/M 34 years old, described as being 5’7, 150 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tear drop tattoo under his left eye, a tattoo of a beaded rope with cross on his chest. It is unknown if Garcia is armed but he should be considered dangerous. Garcia was serving a 25 year sentence for murder out of Harris County. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.
