Identities of deputy and deceased driver released
EPHRATA, Wash. (20SEPT2014) – The identities of the sheriff’s deputy and woman involved in Saturday’s fatality car accident have been released.
Ephrata resident McKenna B. Fuglie, age 22, was killed in the collision at Dodson and Road 5-NW around 10 a.m.
Tyson J. Voss, age 39 of Moses Lake, is the Grant County Sheriff’s Deputy who was injured in the collision. Voss was treated and released from Samaritan Healthcare in Moses Lake.
Grant County Sheriff Tom Jones thanks everyone for their concern about Deputy Voss, and asks people to continue to give support to McKenna’s family and loved ones.
“I know that no words can help ease the pain and loss McKenna’s family must be feeling right now, and it’s important for everyone to keep them in prayers and thoughts,” said Jones.
