On 9-19-14, at 12:33 PM, officers responded to a shooting that happened in the intersection at 12th and N. Heather. The victim was a black male age 26 who was shot in the leg and arm. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Preliminary information indicates that the shooting was the result of a dispute that started at a nearby home between the victim and an Asian male age 25. The suspect left the area driving a black Mercury and has not been located at the time of this release. No other information is available at this time.
