#036,039 Resisting Arrest
Officers respond to a male subject acting bizarre near Chapel and Lincoln and looking into vehicles.  Officer Liu/FTO Loughery contact the male near Almond who is determined to be the one looking into cars. The male decides to flee, but doesn't get very far before Officer Liu stops him.  He is taken into custody for resisting.  
 
#042 Residential Burglary 
A residential burglary was reported on Helado where the suspect was dressed as an Animal Control officer and coax's the homeowner into the backyard, while the other suspect rummages through the home.  Case investigated by Ofc Peters.  Refer to Nixle message for press release.
 
#049 Residential Burglary
CSO Allen investigated a residential burglary on Glenhill where the house was being remodeled.  Unknown loss at this time. 
 
#004 Possession of a Controlled Substance 
Officer J. Hernandez contacts a group in the 3900 block of Washington Blvd.  He ends up citing and releasing a 36 year old adult male for possession of a controlled substance. 
 
#005 Missing Person 
Paramedics came across an elderly and frail male walking in the middle of Blacow Rd/Boone Dr.  Even with the use of a translator he could not articulate who or where he was.  He was transported to a hospital for mental evaluation.  Eventually a family member came to FPD to report him missing.  They were reunited at the hospital.
 
#006 Commercial Alarm/Burglary Officers respond to an alarm at a commercial building on Christy St that sold vacuums.  A window was broken, entry was made, but there was no loss.  Officer Roberts investigated the incident.
