PRESS RELEASE: Vehicle Burglary Suspect Arrested 
On September 18, 2014, at approximately 1:00 AM, Manhattan Beach Police Officers arrested Keith Aaron Whittington, 24-years-old, of Los Angeles for numerous vehicle burglaries.
Investigators believe Whittington is responsible for many more vehicle burglaries in and around the southeast area of Manhattan Beach, specifically the residential neighborhood between Sepulveda Boulevard and Aviation, and Manhattan Beach Boulevard and Artesia Boulevard. Investigators believe Whittington specifically targeted unlocked vehicles and there are likely many more victims that have not reported crimes to police. If you have had property stolen from your vehicle and have not reported the crime to police, please do so.
The Manhattan Beach Police Department wants to remind you to take the time to lock your vehicles and remove your valuables prior to leaving it.
