This Weeks' Palmdale's Most Wanted #LASD. Help Us Identify Mail Thieves
This week, the Palmdale Sheriff's Station asking for your help to identify two people who have been stealing mail in the Palmdale area.
Station detectives are looking to identify two mail thieves who have been on the prowl for several months. The thefts have occurred mainly on the west side of Palmdale, typically during the late night or early morning hours. The thieves pry open community mailboxes and remove the mail.
Surveillance video has been obtained from a few different sources, showing the suspects to be two females in a light colored, 1997-2003 model Dodge Durango. The first female, the driver, appears to be heavy set and of White or Hispanic descent. The second female also appears to be White or Hispanic and has a thin build.

If you see this vehicle in your neighborhood or stopped near a mailbox, especially between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am, please call the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station immediately at 661-272-2400.
