Narcotic Search Warrant Executed

ACCUSED: Victoria Albano age 22 Oakhurst, NJ
NARRATIVE:
On 09/17/2014 at approximately 7:00 pm, members of the Township of Ocean Police Department`s Criminal Investigation Bureau executed a Narcotic Search Warrant at a house located on Melville Street in the Oakhurst section of the township. The warrant was obtained after a month long investigation conducted by Township of Ocean Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau into the sale of Heroin.
Upon executing the warrant, detectives seized Heroin, Prescription Legend Drugs, Drug paraphernalia and hypodermic syringes. Ms. Albano was arrested and taken into custody. Additionally, detectives located drug paraphernalia and uncapped syringes in an area where Ms. Albano’s daughter sleeps. The child was not home at the time of the search warrant and arrest.
Victoria Albano was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Possession of Heroin, Illegal Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. Bail was set by Judge Louis Garippo at $45,000.00 with no ten percent option. Ms. Albano was remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution to await a future court hearing.
