Hinton Man Arrested in Child Pornography Investigation
Last month, an OSBI agent opened an undercover investigation into the sharing of child pornography. An IP address was identified as downloading and sharing more than 700 images of child pornography. Based upon the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for 507 South Broadway in Hinton. Today, OSBI Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) agents and officers with the Attorney General's Office, Edmond Police Department, and Hinton Police Department served that warrant. Kyle Caldwell (d.o.b. 5/12/1987) was arrested at the scene for destruction of evidence. Agents recovered multiple items of digital evidence that will soon be examined by OSBI computer crimes agents.
The OSBI ICAC Task Force arrested Caldwell in September 2013 for aggravated possession of child pornography and distribution of child pornography.
Caldwell was booked into the Caddo County jail.
