The City of Green Bay hosts free landlord training events on Sept 29th and Oct. 23rd 
The City of Green Bay and the Green Bay Police Department are committed to developing cooperative relationships with landlords. We are hosting a free, 3-hour training program for landlords and property managers. This training will help you to help keep illegal activity out of your rental properties and help promote safer neighborhoods.
Training Highlights:
-Provide advice and tips in screening prospective tenants
-Provide examples of items to cover in a strong lease
-Explain the tools that the Green Bay Police Department offers to help you manage your rental properties
-Explain the City’s Chronic Nuisance Ordinance
-Discuss code compliance and other Inspection issues related to rental properties
-Discuss the eviction process
