On 9/11/2014 at approximately 7:00 am, detectives and deputies from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s office served a search warrant at the address of 3000 Porter Creek Road in Sonoma County. The search warrant was related to marijuana cultivation at that address.
Deputies seized (73) 6-8 foot marijuana plants that were found behind the residence and in a green house. They also found a sawed off shotgun inside the residence. Deputies arrested Daniel Cresta, 55 years old, Joni Brown, 28 and Larry VanValen, 58. All three suspects were from Santa Rosa. The three suspects were booked into the Sonoma County jail for Cultivation of marijuana, Possession of marijuana for sale, Violation of probation and Possession of a sawed off shotgun
