On 09/17/2014 Kenneth Brian Hicks was arrested for outstanding warrants for flee to elude arrest, resisting public officer, three counts felony larceny, possess stolen property, breaking and or entering, injury to personal property, larceny of motor vehicle, and two counts possession of stolen motor vehicle.
The arrest of Hicks was a joint effort from by the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit, Narcotics Unit, and K-9 units.
Hicks was also wanted by the US Marshal Service for Federal Probation violation.
Kenneth Brian Hicks is being held at the Rutherford County Detention Center.
