Huntsville, Alabama (September 15, 2014) Huntsville Police Investigators arrested and charged a Huntsville lady today for Leaving the Scene of an Accident that occurred at approximately 2300 hours on September 14, 2014. The accident occurred at Highway 72 East & North Park Drive involving 3 pedestrians. One pedestrian was killed and 2 others critically injured. Investigators charged 31 y/o LaTonya Denise Haley of Huntsville with Vehicle Homicide, 1 Felony Count of Leaving the Scene of an Accident and 2 Counts of Assault 2nd Degree.
