Due to numerous citizen complaints and officer contacts, a sweep is being conducted along Lynch Creek from the Petaluma River to Prince Park. They will be targeting illegal camping and dumping as well as drug and alcohol activity.
The Police Department wants to let residents know in the event they see officers around the creek today. A follow-up release will be sent following the operation with enforcement results.
