Runaway teen, Christian Nelson; 5'8", 230 pounds, curly blond hair; wearing black T-shirt, jeans; call 652-2235 or 652-4000 if located 
McDowell County sheriff’s deputies are looking for a 15-year-old who left home Saturday evening and hasn’t returned.
Christian Andrew Nelson fled his residence on Cauthens Hollow Road in Old Fort at approximately 6:30 p.m. after an argument with his mother.
“We have no information that he has left the county,” said Capt. Shanon Smith of the Sheriff’s Office. “He is possibly in the company of his friends. We are continuing to investigate that.”
Christian is a white male who stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. He has hazel eyes and curly “bleach blond” hair. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans, black and red DC shoes and a red Nike ball cap. He was carrying a black book bag.
Anyone with information concerning Nelson’s whereabouts is asked to call the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office at 652-2235 or the 911 communications center at 652-4000.
