On 09-13-2014, at 11:00 AM, Menlo Park Police officers responded to the intersection of Bayfront Expressway and Chilco St, to the report of a vehicle collision. A witness reported that one involved party was possibly unconscious. Upon arrival, officers located two vehicles which had been involved in a rear end collision near the intersection. Officer’s located two involved parties, discovered that both were injured and rendered first-aid. One party was found to be suffering from major injuries, and both involved parties were transported to the hospital via ambulance for their injuries.
During the course of this investigation, the wastbound lanes of Bayfront Expressway, from Willow Rd to Chilco St were closed.
