First Avenue from Memorial Drive west to Central Avenue will be closed to traffic on Tuesday, 9/16 and Wednesday, 9/17 for milling and paving of the roadway. Residents will have limited access. No Thru Traffic will be allowed. Signs will be posted by Vollers Construction for No Parking during these dates. Please make arrangements for alternate parking and traveling routes.
