On September 12, 2014 at approximately 3:00AM, Sonoma County Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a Toyota Avalon because the driver swerving in the lanes and crossing over the white dotted line before entering the southbound HWY101 on ramp from West College, Santa Rosa. The Deputy used his lights and siren and the driver continued on Highway 101 for over a mile before the driver finally yielded near Highway 12. The driver almost struck a concrete pillar that was about 12 feet off the roadway on the shoulder.

The Deputy spoke to the driver, 22 year old (OF) Johnny Sanez of Santa Rosa, and noticed he was slurring his words and fumbling with identification.

Sanez was belligerent with the CHP Officers and Deputies. He refused to cooperate with them. His defiant actions and vile insults delayed their investigation. CHP Officers transported him to County Jail.
