INCIDENT: Unlawful Intercourse with a Minor
LOCATION: Bloomington
SUSPECT: Jose Millan, age 48 a resident of Bloomington
VICTIM: Confidential female
SUMMARY:
On August 22, 2014, deputies from the Fontana Sheriff's Station responded to a report that Jose Millan had been molesting a family member. Detectives found evidence to corroborate the victim's allegations. Millan was interviewed at the Fontana Sheriff's Station and subsequently arrested, transported and booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
Investigators are releasing the suspects booking photo as they believe there may be additional victims.
